Will Heaton

Will is a registered Psychologist who has experience working in both corporate and clinical settings. He is passionate about supporting individuals attain greater mental health and well-being. He supports clients suffering from a range of mental health concerns, including, but not limited to: anxiety, depression, substance abuse, stress, phobias, post-traumatic stress disorder and behaviour problems.

Will used a non-judgemental and pragmatic approach to mental health and wellbeing. He recognises the value of psychosocial considerations, such as attaining meaningful employment, building connections to community and maintaining positive relationships. Will uses a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
