
Tracey has been working as a social worker in the mental health field for over ten (10) years and comes with extensive experience in providing individual counselling services.
Tracey is a Mental Health Accredited Social Worker (MHASW) and can provide services under a Mental Health Treatment Plan. She is a full member of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
She will assist you by providing interventions and treatments using evidence-based, focused psychological strategies. Her treatment approaches include Individual Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR and Narrative Therapy approaches.
Her treatment approach is person-centred and strengths-informed, and she can provide interventions to assist in the management of stress and coping, life skills training, emotional coaching, trauma, grief and relationship/separation issues.
